Key Responsibilities

As the Staff Accountant, you will:

• Manage student billing and accounts receivable, including posting charges and handling account inquiries

• Process accounts payable, including invoices, vendor management, and weekly payments

• Maintain accurate financial records and support general ledger activity

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Prepare reports and support audit, budget, and financial analysis processes

Qualifications

We are open to strong accounting professionals who bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to month-end close

• Experience with accounts payable, billing, or accounts receivable

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

• Understanding of GAAP principles
