Job Title: Senior Workday Integrations Developer

Duration: 6 month contract, potential to extend
Compensation Range: $65-$85/hr

Job Description:
Design, develop, and support Workday integrations while troubleshooting and optimizing enterprise HR technology solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Debug and troubleshoot Workday integration issues across systems
• Triage issues to determine root cause (Workday vs. external systems)
• Develop and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Extend
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs using JSON and XML
• Navigate Workday environments including sandbox, security, and domain configurations
• Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations
• Collaborate with internal teams on integration design and implementation
• Maintain documentation and integration best practices

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Workday HCM integrations development experience
  • Experience delivering full-cycle integrations to production
  • Workday certification (Integrations, Extend, or Orchestrate)
  • Strong experience with JSON, REST APIs, SOAP, and XML
  • Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
  • Understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and security
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrate
  • Familiarity with AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
