Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a versatile Web Developer to lead the technical execution of our digital service projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account leadership to define requirements, architect design documents, and oversee the full development lifecycle—from coding and unit testing to documentation and deployment.

The successful candidate will adhere to established department standards and report directly to the Technical Product Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Development: Actively contribute to high-priority web development initiatives from conception to launch.

• Technical Execution: Complete complex development tasks and sprints as assigned by leadership.

• Methodology Compliance: Follow internal Agile/SDLC development methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.

• QA & Documentation: Rigorously test all code, perform system integrations, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with Marketing, Product Management, and Client Success teams to align technical builds with business goals.

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Corporate IT and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional web development experience.

• Web Design: Proven experience in UI/UX design principles and front-end architecture.

• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Intranets, and high-volume e-commerce platforms.

• Technical Stack: * Core: Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and Web Services.

  • Database: Deep experience with MS SQL Server (Legacy through modern versions).

  • Front-End: Advanced JavaScript, HTML5, and XML technologies.

  • Environment: In-depth experience with Visual Studio, IIS, and legacy ASP.

• Tooling: Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for architectural mapping, along with the standard Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.).

• Autonomy: Ability to work independently or within a team structure with minimal oversight.
