Description Are you a seasoned UX Designer who is passionate about delivering elevated user experiences? The Advertising User Experience (AUX) team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us as we innovate and streamline campaign planning, management, and reporting experiences, making the complex seem simple. Our team builds innovative tools that are anchored in a robust UX design system to simplify and optimize advertising for our customers. In this role, you will work directly with UX, product, and engineering to deliver engaging, AI-powered user experiences by evolving and expanding our design system, Storm, to help UX and Product at scale while raising the bar. As a Senior UX Designer on the Ads team, you will help craft experiences that allow advertisers of all sizes to effectively advertise and promote their brands and products on Amazon and beyond. You'll be involved in all aspects of product development from brainstorming the next innovation to working collaboratively to bring it to life. You will define and create standards, patterns, and mechanisms to elevate the Advertiser experience. We are looking for a user experience designer that loves learning. The ideal candidate is passionate about conceiving experiences in the abstract and then driving that vision into solid design deliverables such as complex workflows, wireframes, user interface designs, interaction models, and prototypes. You have comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices, with a critical awareness of accessibility and user-centered design. You are detail-oriented, comfortable working with technical teams, and skilled in using data to make decisions. Key job responsibilities * Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities. * Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives. * Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI. * Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications-working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment. * Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of design experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
