Job Title: Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier change requests & qualification activities (PPAP)
• Investigate and resolve nonconformances
• Coordinate change control process and ensure compliance
• Review/prepare validation & qualification test plans/reports
• Work with suppliers (CMs/OEMs) to ensure product quality
• Support sustaining engineering projects (process transfer, validation, supplier qualification)
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams

Products Supported

• Endoscopy (e.g., HET Bipolar Forceps, Barrx, Beacon)
• Cranial & Spinal Technologies (e.g., Aquamantys, AxiEM)

Experience Required

• 4+ years in Supplier Quality Engineering (medical device preferred)
• Experience with manufacturing processes (PCBA, machining, molding, assembly, packaging)
• Strong knowledge of PPAP, nonconformance handling, and supplier controls

Nice to Have

• Project management experience
• Statistical tools (MSA, SPC, Process Capability)
• Agile PLM and strong communication skills
