We're hiring a skilled and driven Senior Staffing Recruiter to help us connect top-tier talent with employers across light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional roles.

Positions are available throughout the Greater Cleveland area, including Parma, Mentor, Cuyahoga Falls, and Sheffield.
 

This is a full-cycle, hands-on recruiting role. You'll source, screen, negotiate, and onboard — managing every step of the candidate experience with precision and urgency. If you're ready to do more than just check boxes and truly own your pipeline, let's talk.

What You'll Do:

  • Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, job boards (Indeed, Monster, etc.), and community partnerships
  • Recruit for temp-to-hire, contract, and direct hire positions in light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional categories
  • Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and align candidates with the right opportunities
  • Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and ensure all hiring documentation and onboarding are completed and compliant
  • Call job ad responses and candidate found via sourcing daily
  • Maintain detailed candidate records in JobDiva ATS
  • Collaborate with your team and report to the Talent Operations Manager

What You Bring:

  • Minimum Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in staffing agency recruiting (high-volume and niche roles)
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean searches and job board navigation
  • Confidence in offer negotiation, closing candidates, and onboarding coordination
  • Well-versed in ATS systems (JobDiva experience a plus) and tech-savvy in general
  • Excellent communication skills — professional, persuasive, and polished
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Strong organizational habits, urgency, and follow-through
  • A results-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple searches independently
