THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Marketing roles across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and guide candidates and teams through a seamless, data-informed hiring process. You’ll play a key role in delivering a transparent candidate experience while continuously improving recruiting practices as the organization scales.
This role is hybrid to the Raleigh, NC, Houston, TX, Chicago, IL or Denver, Co area.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Product, Marketing, Growth, and Creative roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring goals, role requirements, and timelines
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, making thoughtful recommendations aligned with business needs
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and guide hiring teams through feedback and decision-making
Ensure a positive, transparent experience for candidates and hiring teams through clear expectations and consistent communication
Track and maintain accurate recruiting data, including pipeline activity and time-to-fill metrics
Contribute to improving recruiting processes and best practices as the organization grows
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruiting for Product, Marketing, or related roles in an in-house or agency environment
Strong understanding of Product and Marketing functions, roles, and team structures
Confidence communicating with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, or LinkedIn Recruiter
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action
