Job Details
This is your opportunity to lead from the front, mentoring Project Managers, influencing strategy, and strengthening relationships with owners and engineers, while contributing directly to the success of projects that make a lasting impact. Our ideal candidate will have 8-15 years experience managing water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting. Pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment project experience is a MUST.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Oversee water infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Ensure schedules, budgets, and profitability to drive financial success of the project
- Expand client base by identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, owners, engineers and industry partners
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ yrs managing underground utility installation or water infrastructure construction
- Dynamic leader with ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and respond to urgent operational needs
