Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Sr. PM / EIC to oversee a $25M addition at a secure residential facility. This role leads construction oversight, contractor coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple construction contracts from start through closeout
- Ensure compliance with OGS standards and project requirements
- Monitor schedules (Primavera P6), budgets, and contractor performance
- Coordinate with design teams; resolve RFIs, design issues, and disputes
- Lead bi-weekly meetings and reporting; manage change orders
- Review payments and certified payrolls
- Oversee site safety, inspections, and submittals
- Coordinate with OGS stakeholders and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
Requirements
- 10+ years construction project management experience (ground-up preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel and scheduling tools (P6 preferred)
- OSHA 30 required
Preferred / Plus:
- Experience working on OGS or other public sector projects
- Experience working in secure or correctional facility environments
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
