Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Five or more years of experience in banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant sectors
• Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering business initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation

• Experience in treasury management, corporate treasury, or commercial banking
• Experience defining and delivering business initiatives to execute on a product roadmap
• Demonstrated technical acumen and ability to align product and technology roadmaps

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies
• Articulate product strategy and deliver new experiences by collaborating with various teams
• Author and maintain the team’s backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert
• Perform triage on critical issues and communicate effectively with all concerned parties
• Facilitate sprint planning to drive alignment and visibility for feature development
