As a Permanent Sr. Private Client Service Client Manager, you will become a crucial part of our team, delivering top-notch client service and contributing to the growth of our business. This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of dedication, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing accounts, providing coverage analysis and recommendations, handling renewal processes, and resolving accounting discrepancies. In addition, you will need to maintain effective relationships with clients and companies, and manage the marketing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle account management responsibilities including billing, policy changes, and coverage questions.
  • Provide coverage analysis and recommendations, complete applications, prepare submissions, negotiate coverage and pricing, and prepare proposals.
  • Manage the renewal process and handle cancellation requests.
  • Assist with policy-checking and keep up to date on rates, forms, and coverage changes.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Manage the marketing process.
  • Maintain proper level of communication and build effective relationships with clients and companies.
  • Maintain electronic file systems.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • High School Diploma required and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Extensive knowledge of how insurance products are utilized and administered.
  • Extensive knowledge of markets and marketing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven customer service and relations skills.
  • Ability to research and analyze problems independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to self-check for accuracy.

A Day in the Life:

As a Permanent Sr. Private Client Service Client Manager, no two days are the same. You might start your day by handling account management responsibilities, such as billing and policy changes. You could then move on to analyzing coverage and making recommendations, preparing proposals, and negotiating coverage and pricing. In the afternoon, you might resolve accounting discrepancies, manage the marketing process, and maintain communication with clients and companies. Throughout the day, you'll need to be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to self-check for accuracy. Your day will be busy and challenging, but also rewarding as you help our clients navigate their insurance needs.
