Support autologous manufacturing Site. This is a manufacturing support role responsible for the generation of electronic documentation, for tracking of NPI/EBR metrics, and for communication between the GMP operations teams and the process development scientific groups. This position will be focused on performing PAS-X shopfloor support activities, PAS-X IT support activities, it work closely with MES development team/ MES Operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Scope And Responsibilities Requirements:
Manufacturing Electronic Batch Record (EBR) generation using PAS-X ()
Hands-on experience with the Werum PAS-X product 3.1.8 or later
Ability to configure full applications, including interfaces with SAP and automation systems
Ability to troubleshoot and IT issues with Werum PAS-X
Ability to perform periodic maintenance of PAS-X infrastructure
Technical PAS-X support experience (back and front end)
PAS-X Back End servers infrastructure (Windows servers, JBOSS, Citrix, BPS, WXI)
PAS-X Front End configuration/administration experience (Users, profiles, scales, printers, master data admin...)
Windows servers basic troubleshooting
Data Base (SQL programing language)
Oracle knowledge
Basic Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, NAS, Drive mapping...)
Required Skills:
Additional Requirements
3 years of experience with MES PASX Application
Hands on experience L4 support for PAS X Application
Understand the APIs related to MES interfaces like OSI PIELIMSInstruments
Strong knowledge of PAS-X integration with external programs (SAP, PI, and DeltaV)
Experience of working in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GxP regulations will be preferred
Provide day-to-day support for the sites PAS X manufacturing execution system as subject matter expert
Perform L3 bug fixes with advanced troubleshooting skills
Solve P1/P2 Incidents
Troubleshooting and solving the L2 Integration issues SAP KP Info SCADA OSIPI and Scales Printer ELIMS WebmethodsS4
Implement the complex changes in Application Update and insert SQL queries in DB
Ability to implement the complex changes in Application and Application servers
Address Auditors if required for PAS X application related queries, comments, questions, changes
Liaison with different teams Vendor Windows DB Linux Citrix
Propose and create automation tools as preventive and auto fix actions
