Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support business development and pursuit efforts across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive execution of proposals, marketing materials, and brand initiatives, while managing timelines, coordinating contributors, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are critical and collaboration across teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute RFP/RFQ pursuit processes, including timelines, coordination, and final deliverables
  • Drive accountability across internal stakeholders (BD, estimating, operations) to meet deadlines
  • Develop and produce marketing materials including proposals, project profiles, resumes, and presentations
  • Support content development while leading visual layout and design (InDesign)
  • Coordinate interview materials and support leadership in preparation
  • Manage awards submissions and marketing initiatives
  • Support social media, branding, and digital content efforts
  • Maintain marketing collateral and brand standards
  • Manage website updates and content
  • Coordinate photography and visual assets
  • Support CRM tracking and reporting
  • Assist with events, conferences, and business development initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (AEC preferred)
  • 3–5 years of Adobe InDesign experience
  • Strong RFP/RFQ proposal experience (required)
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of construction industry preferred
