We are partnering with a global automotive supplier undergoing a major strategic transformation across multiple business units.
This newly created Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development role is designed as a succession path to Director of Sales within ~18 months - offering a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership position with visibility to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute North American sales & business development strategy
- Lead strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle (RFQs, pricing, negotiation, launch)
- Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and pipeline development
- Navigate complex, long-cycle programs across multiple manufacturing sites
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain
- Support program launches, capacity planning, and multi-site coordination
- Forecast pipeline, revenue, and risks with accuracy

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong experience with OEM / Tier 1 relationships
- Proven track record managing long-cycle, high-value programs
- Strength in negotiation, pricing, and financial analysis
- Experience working in multi-site manufacturing environments
- SAP experience (highly preferred)
- Highly self-directed with the ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Ambition and readiness to step into a Director-level role
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills
- Experience in global / matrix organizations
- Background in automotive interiors, seating, or related systems
Compensation
- Base: $130K – $140K + Bonus
