Sr Java Developer + AI(Roocode Claude )

Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Java Development – 100% or Must needed with 10 years of minimum experience
• MongoDB – 100% or Must needed with 5 years of minimum experience
• Experience with AI tools like RooCode and Claude
• Design and development of highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems
• SpringBoot, Redis, Kafka, and MicroServices architecture
• AWS deployments, scaling, and EKS cluster management
• GIT, PR process, CICD Pipelines, and deployments
• Strong knowledge in developing high throughput, high performance, and zero downtime systems
• Performance tuning of applications, including JVM tuning, memory profiling, deadlocks, and heap analysis
• Customer-facing web application development, HTTP specs, Load-balancing, and understanding of CDN
• Java test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG
• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with template-driven rendering and client and server-side MVC architectures
• Familiarity with Splunk for investigating or monitoring problems on systems
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, tools, and agile methodologies
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and real-world systems deployment experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams
• Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree is Mandatory in the field of Computer Science
