Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr HVAC Technician position include:
- Must model Christian values, actively participate in a local Bible-believing church, and be committed to servant leadership
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience – Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- EPA Universal Certification – Ensure safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations
- Experience with building automation and control systems – Troubleshoot and maintain automated HVAC controls across campus facilities
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC tools and equipment – Utilize industry-standard tools to diagnose and repair system issues
- Valid Ohio driver’s license – Travel throughout campus facilities as needed
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces – Perform hands-on mechanical work in a variety of physical environments
- Commitment to on-call rotation (one month at a time) – Respond to emergency service needs as scheduled
- High school diploma or GED – Provide foundational education supporting technical proficiency
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
