Job Title: Sr. HCM PeopleSoft Technical Developer
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid: 4days onsite every week)
Duration: 6-12month contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HCM PeopleSoft Developer with deep expertise in Data Conversion, Integrations, SQR, and Application Engine development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical environments, enjoys solving data challenges, and can design scalable, maintainable solutions across the PeopleSoft ecosystem. This role will provide support to the most complex technical challenges.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience across HCM.
• Proven expertise in:
o Data Conversion (large datasets, ETL logic, migration strategies)
o Integrations (Integration Broker, APIs, web services, file transfers)
o SQR development and optimization
o Application Engine design and troubleshooting
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred) with the ability to write complex queries and performance tune code.
• Experience with PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Application Packages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced environments.
