Were excited to support a company recognized for its commitment to innovation and long-standing leadership in the motion-control and manufacturing space in their search for a strategic, collaborative Sr. FP&A Manager to join their onsite team in Southeastern Wisconsin.
As the Sr. FP&A Manager, youll play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization. Youll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will have the opportunity to influence organizational growth, enhance decision-making, and partner closely with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives.

What Youll Do
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process across business units, consolidating into a comprehensive financial plan
- Build and maintain financial models to deliver actionable insights on business performance
- Analyze financial results, including variance analysis, to uncover drivers and recommend improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to support strategic planning and long-term initiatives
- Enhance financial processes, reporting, and planning tools based on key business drivers and KPIs
- Support corporate reporting requirements and executive-level decision-making
- Contribute to ERP, Hyperion, and analytics system improvements
- Lead or support process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and Hyperion
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Additional Position Details
- Onsite Role but flexibility with appointments and family obligations.
- Salary Range - $160K - $200K with 15% Target Bonus -
- Potential Sign-On in Lieu of relocation
