We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is adept at financial modeling, investor reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial direction and strategic decision-making of our organization.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will:

1. Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and potential investments.
2. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
3. Conduct regular investor reporting and presentations, providing clear and concise financial updates.
4. Manage cash flow and liquidity positions, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
6. Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, evaluate performance, and forecast future financial scenarios.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the legal industry.
8. Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Senior FP&A Manager role, you must have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA certification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling, investor reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management.
4. Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
6. A strategic mindset with a strong business acumen and the ability to make sound financial decisions.
7. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
8. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
