We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to support the desk of the President, Disney Television Studios & Global Original Television Strategy. The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced career Executive Assistant who is a proactive, resourceful professional capable of managing complex cross-functional coordination while serving as a trusted partner to the President and their office. This individual is a consummate team player who builds strong relationships at all levels across the organization, exercises sound judgment, and represents the office with the utmost professionalism and positivity. The candidate is curious, has strong critical thinking skills, and is able to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


+ Administrative duties to include, but not limited to scheduling meetings and maintaining extensive calendars, processing expense reports, coordinating business travel, and managing other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

+ Own and manage all executive travel logistics for the President, including partnering with the travel department to book flights, hotels, and ground transportation; building detailed itineraries; and ensuring alignment with meeting schedules and priorities in collaboration with the President’s Manager of Strategy.

+ Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and teams while exercising strong judgment, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

+ Provide general office management support to the entire team, including ordering supplies, coordinating with facilities, and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.

+ Coordinate and execute on-site and off-site events and meetings, including premieres and high-profile engagements, in partnership with PR and Events teams; ensure all logistics, attendee coordination, and publicity briefing materials are fully aligned and prepared.

+ Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

+ Interface (both written and verbal) with numerous other Disney departments, including senior and C-suite level executives, representing the President’s office with professionalism and credibility.

+ Build and maintain relationships across the organization to facilitate effective collaboration

+ Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and presentations, ensuring materials are accurate and well-organized.

+ Be adaptable and take on special projects or tasks as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

+ Support broader office operations and coordination needs, including materials distribution, gifting, and other administrative priorities as they arise.

+ Maintain consistent in-office presence (5 days/week) and provide limited after-hours responsiveness as needed to support time-sensitive priorities.


Basic Qualifications:


+ 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity within a high-matrixed organization; prior support to a senior executive highly desirable

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP, Concur and ability to adapt to new AI tools

+ Ability to master internal meeting systems (i.e. video conference, expenses systems, travel booking etc.) and the appropriate resources to address questions, set-up issues, etc.

+ Team player and culture carrier with a great attitude who promotes a professional, positive and inclusive work environment

+ Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships across the company with all levels of colleagues, including with the offices of very senior executives

+ Attention to detail, with proven organizational and prioritization skills

+ Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal)

+ Curiosity and enthusiasm for assuming new challenges and increased responsibility

+ Understanding of large and complex organizations and agility at navigating and enrolling others

+ Integrity – trusted to manage highly sensitive information with utmost discretion

+ Business Acumen – understands organizational priorities and strategic context when planning and setting meetings

+ Must be able to be in-office Monday - Friday


Preferred Qualifications:


+ Experience at The Walt Disney Company or equivalent industry strongly preferred


Preferred Education:


+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $95,500 to $128,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
