• Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.
• Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates.
• Present estimates and cost proposals to leadership and stakeholders for approval and negotiation.
