Sr. Director of Digital Commerce

Full-time | Permanent

Role Overview: This position will lead the strategy and performance of the company’s direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce business. The role is focused on driving revenue growth, improving site performance, and overseeing the full digital ecosystem for a broad portfolio of online brands.

Compensation:

  • $175,000–$200,000 base + bonus (based on sales & ind. metrics)

Location:

  • Remote (EST hours required)
  • Quarterly travel required to Weston, FL.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L ownership for ecommerce; setting KPIs, revenue targets, and budgets.
  • Oversee digital operations, platform health, and integrations (Shopify Plus).
  • Lead CRO efforts (A/B testing, heatmapping, UI/UX improvements).
  • Daily performance review and data‑driven decision making (GA4, backend analytics).
  • Partner with Marketing on digital merchandising, CRM, content, and performance marketing.
  • Drive demand planning, forecasting, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  • Ensure inventory feeds, site availability, and backend systems are functioning accurately.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in ecommerce, 5+ years owning a digital storefront/DTC P&L.
  • Hands‑on Shopify Plus or similar (Magento/BigCommerce) experience.
  • Strong analytics background and comfort with GA4.
  • Experience managing complex DTC site operations.
