Summary:

Serves as a strategic leader within Advanced Markets and provides direction, motivation, and development to teams that implement process and systems solutions to solve complex business challenges. Responsible to drive the operational and business objectives and performance.

This role will focus on Advanced Markets Operations (AMO) service strategy including but not limited to data strategy, TPA service strategy, self-serve strategy, etc.. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with both departmental and enterprise-wide data/service/etc. strategies is critical.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including a mix of people leader and business consulting/analysis experience focused on system development and process improvement, with numerous experiences leading complex, large-scale improvements.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership and people management skills, including the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes through the integration of work systems and processes, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead or manage highly complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, process improvements, communications, and change management.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others at various levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making informed, strategic decisions.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to generate new ideas and go beyond the status quo; recognize the need for new or modified approaches.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$140,000.00

Pay Range - End:

$260,000.00

Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

$154,000.00 USD - $286,000.00 USD

Structure 115:

$161,000.00 USD - $299,000.00 USD
