A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts across the legal department and business partners to provide practical, strategic legal guidance and design and implement creative, simple solutions to address complex legal and technological challenges.

T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for a bright, pragmatic, "business first" transactional attorney to join our team and help get stuff done. This role supports a broad portfolio of enterprise procurement and commercial transactions, including technology transactions and financial services procurement (credit rating agencies, auditors, banks, fintech, payment services, financial products (credit card, gift cards); fraud, collections etc.. The attorney will independently lead negotiations, provide risk-based counseling to senior business leaders, and partner cross-functionally across Legal, Finance, Risk, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, and Third-Party Risk Management. Structure and negotiate liability regimes (indemnities, limitations of liability, risk allocation frameworks)
Advise on complex commercial terms, including pricing models, audit rights, service levels, credits, warranties, and termination rights
Ensure agreements accurately reflect business objectives while minimizing legal, operational, financial, and security risk
Serve as a trusted legal advisor to business, procurement, credit risk and finance stakeholders, providing practical, solution-oriented counsel aligned with enterprise strategy and operational objectives.
Identify and assess legal, regulatory, financial, and operational risks; articulate mitigation strategies; and exercise independent judgment within established corporate risk frameworks.
Collaborate effectively across Legal, Finance, Risk, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, business-ready outcomes on complex transactions.
Drive operational excellence by developing and refining templates, playbooks, and category standards, and by leveraging technology-enabled solutions and process optimization to improve contracting efficiency, scalability, and risk consistency.

The experience you'll bring.
