Our company is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in ALBUQUERQUE, NM. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for industrial processes. Responsibilities

Automation Solutions: You will be responsible for delivering innovative automation solutions. Whether working independently or leading a team, you'll conceptualize, detail, and implement control systems that meet our customer's requirements. This includes designing control system architectures, selecting components, creating schematic diagrams, and documenting systems.
Programming Expertise: Proficiency in controller programming languages such as Ladder, Sequential Function Chart, and Structured Text is essential. You'll program controllers (PLC, DCS, RTU) and develop process visualizations (HMI/SCADA). Familiarity with standard programming languages like VBA, .NET, and SQL for HMI/SCADA development is a plus.
Industrial Networking: For larger systems, experience with industrial networking to connect control system components and instrumentation is preferred. You'll design, detail, and implement various control solutions.
Customer Interaction: You'll directly engage with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Building strong relationships and securing repeat business are key indicators of success.

Qualifications

Technical proficiency in PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Well-balanced interpersonal abilities.
