Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Level Estimator with a strong background in commercial construction. The role requires expertise in a Design/Build environment, focusing on commercial and industrial buildings, as well as educational, religious, and some residential projects. This position is based in the vibrant community of Collegeville, PA, known for its charming small-town atmosphere and proximity to major urban centers.

Responsibilities

  • Estimate costs from engineering drawings for foundations, building systems, electrical work, and both rough and finished construction.
  • Conduct land development and infrastructure estimating.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, material vendors, and engineering and project teams.

Qualifications

  • Senior level experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Experience in a Design/Build atmosphere.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Experience with Sage software for estimating is a plus.
  • Procore experience for construction management is a plus.
  • Experience with Butler buildings is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
