Collaborate with all departments including Project Management Office (PMO), Visual Design, IT Architecture, Software Development, Professional Services, and Marketing teams to optimize interactions with our suite of commerce systems. Analyze business needs and complex application problems to develop and implement effective solutions. Attend Solution and Design reviews to analyze detailed process diagrams and user journeys that align with system features, ensuring seamless interaction with business partners. Utilize tools such as Rally and Jira to manage and track project tasks, features, and user stories, collaborating with project management to prioritize and refine based on business needs. Use Lucidchart and Figma to create and review process diagrams, user journeys, and interface designs that align with business requirements. Work with engineering teams to implement application and process improvements, defining features and user stories within Magento and other commerce platforms. Exercise judgment in defining user stories from features, collaborating with product owners, product managers, and other members of the product management team to ensure alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with Senior Developers, System Architects, and IT personnel to scope and estimate the level of effort required for system enhancements and projects. Create SQL scripts and query data from databases such as Snowflake to analyze data points and derive insights. Document processes, requirements, and system changes using tools like Confluence. Utilize Siteimprove for website quality assurance and performance monitoring. Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience with digital products and systems in job offered or similar roles. Also requires 2 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently): Jira, Oracle, SQL Server, Confluence, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SOAPUI, and Git. Perform Automation Testing using Shark and APIs. Prepare and run test in AT, XAT, and Production environments. Document API specifications. Support testing of applications and systems.
