Must Have Skills:

  • Work directly with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business rules, decisioning requirements, and process flows as needed.
  • Analyze systems and business processes to Perform impact analysis on new requirements and existing rules, identifying potential risks and dependencies.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and accurate User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Application Owner, Application Manager, Application Tech Lead, Product Owner, and other BSAs to prioritize the backlog, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Support the Quality Engineer team in validating that the implemented rules and features meet the business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the Site Reliability Engineer team and developers in trouble shooting application issues
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Alation.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Containerization (Kubernetes / Docker) a plus
  • Experience with Marketing applications (Pega Customer Decision Hub, Salesforce, Adobe) is a plus
  • Experience with SaaS based solutions a plus
  • Financial Services industry knowledge.
Education:
  • Bachelors Required.
