Must have Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or Pega BA roles, preferably within corporate or commercial banking.
  • Pega & Technical Expertise
  • Proven experience as a Pega Business Architect on enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (version 24 or higher preferred), including data modeling and configuration approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and manage data objects, data types, fields, and relationships in Pega.
  • Understanding of how Pega data models support case management, integrations, reporting, and traceability.
  • Experience working with Pega Blueprint, App Studio, and collaborating with Dev Studio teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in corporate or commercial banking environments
  • Camera ready What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Corporate banking requirements are accurately reflected in Pega blueprints and data models.
  • Data fields and structures are clearly defined, compliant, and correctly configured in Constellation.
Education:
  • Bachelors preferred.
Certifications:
  • PEGA Constellation Certification required
