Location: Charleston, SC (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: Up to $110,000+ (flexible based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and analyze corporate operations, maintenance, project, and revenue budgets.
- Develop and recommend reports and analyses to evaluate the impact of budgetary decisions.
- Assist in the development, coordination, and preparation of the annual budget.
- Provide administrative, accounting, financial, and statistical support as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ERP financial software systems.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB, and core finance principles.
