Title : Sr Backend Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Position : W2 Contract
Candidate must have to work on Artech W2
This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Position Summary
Looking for a developer with 10+ years of hands-on software development experience. Development of Online Banking application and java based backend system. Need to be involved in technical triages and good in resolving the issue with partnering with other team members.
Primary Skill- J2EE
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience developing web applications using J2EE technologies and frameworks like Spring
• Familiar with Splunk, Toad, SOAP UI tool
• Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations
• Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems
Desired Qualifications
• Experience working on high volume applications
• Experience in server side frameworks like Spring MVC
• Experience building restful web services
• Experience in performance tuning with good understanding JVM internals
• Background in mathematics or statistics
• Proven task management and leadership skills
• Experience working in agile teams
