Our fintech client is looking for a Sr Art Director to assist their team! This is a hybrid freelance role (50% in-office, downtown Seattle) , 40hrs/week for 3 months with potential to convert to full time. The role will start as soon as February 2026
In this role, the Sr Art Director will be responsible for:
-Developing digital campaign strategy and design for the client's new business unit
-Developing campaign assets for Meta, SEO and lifecycle
-Developing video scripts
-Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and head of Brand
The ideal candidate will:
-Have 5+ years of experience in a hands-on art direction role, ideally in an agency environment
- Have experience leading creative work and digital ad strategy especially in a fast-paced environment
-Be comfortable navigating stakeholders, owning and driving work independently, digging into complex briefs, and bringing both strategic thinking and strong design craft to paid digital
-Be a strong negotiator, able to work in ambiguity, and be flexible with process changes
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
