Sr. Analyst Finance, Champs

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in St Petersburg, FL. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule are three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

The Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Sr Director of Finance by delivering in-depth financial analysis and insights that drive profitability through optimized margins and disciplined expense management.  The position actively contributes to budget preparation, forecasting processes, variance analysis, and cross-functional partnerships to enhance decision-making.

• Conduct in-depth analysis into financial results (vs prior year, vs forecast, vs annual operating plan) through well-supported financial analyses and reports on key productivity metrics; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting process by gathering inputs from expense managers and department leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, sales projections, promotional impact, and new store or omnichannel initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting packs and special projects.

• Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and templates to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial insights.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4 years Plus years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated experience supporting budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced retail environment,

The annual base salary range is $67,000-$78,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
