Shift
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
- This position requires on-site work in Cambridge, MA

Who You Are
- At least 3 years of experience managing senior/executive calendars
- Proficient in MS Outlook or Google Calendar for complex scheduling
- Experienced with coordinating travel arrangements for international and domestic guests
- Highly professional with excellent communication skills
- Capable of working on-site in Cambridge immediately
Responsibilities
- Manage and synchronize the Professors complex calendar, prioritizing engagements
- Support course administration, including assembling syllabi and course materials
- Handle waitlist management for upcoming semesters
- Assist in organizing university events, conferences, meetings, and student workshops
Credentials
- None required
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years supporting senior-level or executive calendar management
- Strong proficiency in MS Outlook or Google Calendar
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements
- Ability to work on-site in Cambridge, MA on an immediate basis
