Position Overview
A fast-growing, creative events company in South Orlando is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as the administrative backbone of the leadership team. With approximately 20 employees and an entrepreneurial culture, this individual will be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly while supporting a dynamic leadership team.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while maintaining a strong in-office presence to support collaboration and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Leadership Support
Manage complex calendars for leadership team, including internal meetings, client calls, and strategic planning sessions
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries)
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports in a timely manner
Draft correspondence, meeting agendas, and presentation materials
Track deadlines and follow-ups to ensure priorities stay on track
Office & Operational Coordination
Serve as primary administrative point of contact for the office
Maintain office organization, supplies, and general operations
Support onboarding logistics for new team members
Coordinate company meetings, offsites, and internal events
Insurance & Administrative Processing
Manage and track insurance claims and related documentation
Liaise with insurance providers and vendors as needed
Maintain organized and confidential records
Culture & Team Support
Help maintain a positive, collaborative office culture
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Support special projects and initiatives as the company grows
Qualifications
5+ years of administrative or executive support experience (preferably in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment)
Strong experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter who thrives in a creative, evolving environment
