What You’ll Do as a Sr. Accountant:

  • Lead month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • Manage cash operations, banking activity, and intercompany transactions
  • Oversee project and cost accounting, including ERP data, revenue recognition, and EAC reporting
  • Drive CapEx tracking, compliance (SOX/CMMC), audits, and cross-functional process improvements

What We’re Looking For in a Sr. Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing/aerospace preferred)
  • Strong ERP experience (Syteline/IFS a plus), advanced Excel, and solid GAAP knowledge
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently while partnering cross-functionally
