The Role

The Senior Accountant will handle core accounting responsibilities while playing an important part in month‑end close, financial reporting, and process improvement. This position works closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and clearly understood.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements, account analyses, and variance explanations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and documentation
• Support process improvements and provide guidance to junior team members as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and close processes
• Experience with financial reporting and account analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA‑track a plus)
