Job Details

Ready to take the lead on financial operations for some of the most complex projects in the industry? We’re looking for a detail-driven accounting professional to manage fiscal oversight and ensure profitability on high-value projects exceeding $200MM. This role offers the chance to work on challenging assignments, mentor a team, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the numbers: Lead all financial administration for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive results: Monitor profitability, manage risk, and implement internal controls.
  • Lead the team: Supervise and mentor assistant accountants and clerks, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Stay ahead: Audit billing, manage A/P and A/R, and oversee month-end and project closeout processes.
  • Collaborate: Partner with project leadership to provide insights and support key business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; 5+ years of experience (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, contract terms, and project accounting.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP and Textura.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
