Sr. Account Manager - Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive sales and business development for our Parametric Test Systems in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in semiconductor test equipment, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers in both R&D and high-volume manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow key accounts across semiconductor Fabs, IDMs, and reliability labs.
- Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions using our parametric test platforms (e.g., wafer-level and device characterization in the reliability lab).
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with applications engineers and product managers to deliver tailored technical presentations and demos.
- Drive adoption of our test systems for applications such as:
- Reliability qualification
- Process monitoring
- Engineering and production test correlation
- Device characterization in advanced nodes, HBW, and Flash memory
- Establish and manage executive-level customer relationships to secure design wins and long-term partnerships.
- Provide market intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback to guide product development.
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets.
- This position requires travel up to 20% of working hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
- 10 years of experience in technical sales or account management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic test & measurement industry.
- Deep understanding of parametric test solutions and systems (e.g., Keithley S4200, Keysight B1500, 408X, and P9XXX series).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
