Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to support a large enterprise environment with approximately 10,000 SQL Server instances. The role involves incident management, performance troubleshooting, space/capacity management, and handling change requests. This operations-focused position is essential for maintaining database uptime and resolving production issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong production support experience
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and event management systems
- Exposure to Redis (1–3 years)
- Experience in large-scale environments, ticket-driven support models, and enterprise DBA operations
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with additional database technologies
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
