Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and efficient service to fans, ensuring a positive experience at the counter.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change, all while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Concession Sales: Take orders for food and beverage, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of items while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and event management to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and merchandise, restocking as necessary to ensure availability.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a cashier or concessions role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high pressure with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Must Be 18 Years and older.
