Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and provide home health services to clients in Pittsfield, MA. Use your clinical skills to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and contributing to individualized plans of care. Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Master or Doctorate required by client.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required. Clinical Fellow candidates accepted with appropriate documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of home health SLP experience required.
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Compact licensure not accepted for this need.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required. Traveler must have own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment including language/communication aids and wheelchairs preferred.
- Acute care experience preferred.
- Profile and credential documents required at submission: work history, skills checklist (current to 1 year), one supervisory signed reference within past two years, BLS documentation, CCC or CF documentation, and state license documentation.
- Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from facility to be considered by client.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health
- Shift: Days
- Shift Hours: 8-hour days, typical schedule 0800-1630
- Schedule Guarantee: 40 hour guarantee
- Weekend Requirement: Every 4–6 weekends; holiday coverage required as needed
- Duration: 13 week assignment
- Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel to patient homes. Traveler required to have own vehicle.
- Orientation: Non-billable orientation 8 hours
