Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and provide skilled rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Olean, NY. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document using the facility’s electronic medical record system. Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New York State SLP license required to begin the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with documentation in Rehab Optima or Net Health preferred.
• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
