Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Montana SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, cognitive-communication disorders, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
