Job Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Tinley Park, IL 60477

Pay Rate: Starting at $55.00/hr

Shift: Part-time, 2 days per week

Description:

Birch Agency is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team near Tinley Park, Illinois. This is a part-time, in-person opportunity ideal for clinicians looking for a manageable schedule and small caseload.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, 2 days per week

• Setting: In-person, school-based

• Caseload: Approximately 20 elementary students

• Grade Levels: Elementary

• Start Rate:$55/hour

• Duration: Current school year (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students

• Develop and implement IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license

• ASHA CCCs preferred

• School-based experience required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
