Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Red Hook, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm (40hrs/wk)
Compensation:
Pay Range: $70.00 Per HR
Description:
• This position involves evaluating and providing therapy for speech, language, voice, and hearing issues to improve residents' communication abilities.
• Located in Red Hook, NY, this is a contract position with a Monday to Friday schedule, requiring expertise in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
• Evaluate speech, language, and voice disorders through screening and testing.
• Prepare diagnostic reports and therapy recommendations.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with staff for program planning and implementation.
• Develop and update Individual Treatment Plans.
• Communicate progress to parents and involved agencies.
• Attend workshops/conferences for skill development.
Qualifications:
• New York State Certification in Speech and Language required.
• Master's degree in Speech CCC-SLP, CFY candidates may be considered.
• Preferred experience in a school, hospital, or treatment facility setting.
