Must Have Skills:
  • Java +11
  • Spring /SpringBoot
  • MongoDB or familiar with SQL database
  • OpenShift or another cloud platform experience
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Java / J2EE (advanced, hands-on) with enterprise-scale applications
  • Microservices architecture and distributed systems design
  • Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Hibernate for service development
  • RESTful API design (Swagger/OpenAPI exposure commonly preferred)
  • Relational databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) in some domains
  • Docker & Kubernetes / OpenShift (OCP) for containerized deployments
  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, automated testing)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Linux environments (commonly RHEL)
