About the Opportunity

A leading specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in South Florida is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and help guide the continued growth of its multidisciplinary specialty team.

This role is ideal for a board-certified specialist or experienced emergency veterinarian interested in combining clinical work with hospital leadership. The Medical Director will play a key role in mentoring veterinary teams, maintaining high medical standards, and supporting the hospitals long-term development.

The Role

The Medical Director will:

Experience & Skills Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree

• Board-Certified Veterinary Specialist or experienced Emergency Veterinarian

• Eligible for or currently holding a Florida veterinary license in good standing prior to start date

• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
