What You'll Do
* The massage therapist will perform all services that meet the established guidelines for that type of service offering that fulfill guest expectations; based on current certifications.
* Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered and can speak knowledgeably about hotel amenities and the local area; answering guest questions that arise.
* Understand the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to guest. Answers guests questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
* State licensure to practice as a licensed massage therapist.
* 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
* Proficient in performing all applicable treatments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
* Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
* Communication skills are required specifically speaking and listening. Additionally, significant standing is required for extended periods of time (up to 7-8 hours), while providing massage therapy to guests.
* Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
