Your Role
As Sous Chef, you'll:

  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff during service and prep
  • Oversee food quality, plating consistency, and kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory, mise en place, and workflow in a fast-paced seafood kitchen
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to execute our seasonal menu
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Help train team members and foster a positive kitchen culture
